At Viking Splash, we require 48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel all bookings (subject to cancellation fee).

Tours operate off a schedule therefore we cannot wait for late passengers.

Tours operate in all weather unless notified by us.

 

All bookings can be amended up to 48hrs prior to your tour:

Up to this time you can request a change of date/time, depending on availability.

You can cancel your booking and receive a 90% refund.

Please allow the standard 3-5 workings days for monies to reappear onto your account.

 

We kindly remind you that a refund or change of date/time is not possible under any circumstances within 48hrs of your tour. 

This includes: missed/delayed flights, covid/illness, traffic, weather, missed tours/no shows.

Gift Vouchers expire 5 years from the date of purchase with Viking Splash Tours Ltd.
