By making payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including the following
cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice Required:
All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your
scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for
a 90% refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your
account.
Changes to Bookings:
Amendments (such as changing your date or time) can be made up to 48 hours
prior to your tour, subject to availability.
Late Bookings:
Bookings made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable and nontransferable.
No Refunds Within 48 Hours:
No refunds or reschedules will be granted within 48 hours of your tour, under
any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Missed or delayed flights
Illness or COVID-19
Traffic or transport issues
Poor weather
No-shows or late arrivals
Punctuality:
Our tours run on a strict schedule. We cannot delay departures for late
passengers.
Weather Policy:
Tours go ahead in all weather conditions unless otherwise notified by Viking
Splash.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
